Hi, I'm Tyler! I’m a fun, bubbly, passionate, spontaneous, and strong woman. I’m really into fitness, nutrition, cooking, and music. I help people to be the best they can be. You only live once, why wouldn’t you want to put your best self forward every day? I love when my clients tell me they feel beautiful. Life is too short to not live it to the fullest. Life is too short to not feel sexy in lingerie. Life is too short to only drink green juice!! – I can help make eating clean taste absolutely delicious. I really mean it when I say I LOVE to cook and if you let me, I will show you the ways. Like anything in life, if you increase your effort you will increase your results. Goals are dreams with a deadline, if you're willing to commit I can make your goals a reality. When it comes to fitness & nutrition, hard work pays. It will be hard, it will be challenging, but it will be worth it. I am tough and you will sweat. You will have wobbly legs and gasp for air. But you will feel stronger and sexier than ever before. You will notice other routine daily challenges are a lot less daunting. A little office conflict is nothing compared to 100 burpees. And 1 hour = 4% of your day. If Michelle Obama can make it work, you can make it work. You can watch the Kardashians or the Bachelor after your workout.

Hello! Joey here :) I love martial arts, fitness, and eating healthy. During my 4-hour black belt grading, I felt invincible. As long as I am breathing I will try to better the lives of everyone I can reach. I am straightforward, honest, and I will tell it like it is. I want to work with people that want to work on themselves. I want to develop personal relationships with my clients; I've even prepared breakfasts for my clients kids! I get satisfaction when my clients thank me because they have gone down two pant sizes. My clients have learned to push through and think positive, even when battling depression. If you need a soft touch, I will negotiate. If you need to be yelled at, I will yell at you. If you need inspiration, I will get down on the ground and start doing pushups with you. I will push you to do things you never imagined were possible. Being a beginner isn't an excuse. Not being able to do something isn't an excuse either. I don't believe in the words "I can't"; I believe in the words "I'm currently struggling with." I believe in hard work, ambition, and discipline. Together, we will get things done. Together, we will move mountains. Somedays you are going to hate me, somedays you are going to wonder why you're paying me, and somedays we are going to have a whole lot of fun with each other. But - at the end of every session, you will thank me, and you will be glad you pushed through.
